What Is the Ethereum x WAX Bridge + How Does It Work?
The bridge between ETH and WAX is an essential step toward making the ecosystem more accessible and streamlining compatibility with marketplaces and play-and-own dApps.
This bridge allows users to facilitate the transfer of your BCB NFTs purchased on Ethereum over to their WAX Cloud Wallet. This is a huge step for the community!
Here’s How to Get Started
- Log in to your WAX Cloud Wallet.
- Click on “NFT Bridge” from the left menu bar.
- If you have not already installed MetaMask, you’ll be prompted to do so.
- On a mobile device? You can use WalletConnect to open the MetaMask app.
- Once connected, if you have NFTs in your account they will be displayed.
- Choose the Ethereum network to begin swapping your NFTs.
- Select your Ethereum wallet address (From), the selected NFTs (Assets) and your WAX Cloud Wallet address (To) from the drop-down menus.
- Then, to initiate the swap select the NFTs you want to transfer from ETH to WAX and click “Transfer NFT.”
- Once the swap is initiated, it may take up to 5–10 minutes to complete.
